As we prepare for our core system conversion on December 5, 2025, we want to ensure you have all the information you need about two important changes to our services.
Debit Card Discontinuation
After careful consideration, as previously communicated, we have made the decision to discontinue Austin Capital Bank debit cards. Please note:
– No new debit cards were issued after October 31, 2025
– All existing debit cards will stop working on November 17, 2025
We understand this may be inconvenient and apologize for any disruption. Please contact us at (512) 693-3600 if you need assistance with alternative payment solutions.
Bill Pay Service Transition
Our Bill Pay service will move to a new platform with the following timeline (all times are Central Time):
– December 5 at 5:00 PM– Current Bill Pay system becomes inactive for transactions
– December 5-8– View-only access to current system (ends December 8 at 2:00 AM)
– December 8 at 10:00 AM– New Bill Pay system launches
Action Required:Your bill payment history and vendor list will not automatically transfer to the new system. Please:
1. Download up to 84 months of bill payment history before 5:00 PM December 5
2. Re-enter your vendors and automatic payments in the new system after 10:00 AM December 8
